A large-scale sports center “Konakli” is being built in Alanya. According to the press service of the city administration, the complex will be the largest in the region.
The complex will be built in Konakli district on the area of 200 thousand square meters. m. It will have several soccer fields, 6 tennis courts, an indoor swimming pool with Olympic courses, a track and field stadium, a velodrome, a skatepark, a basketball court and others.
The SC provides an administrative building for 45 rooms with accommodation for 100 people. It is planned to hold conferences in its large hall. There will be a restaurant and a cafe in the same building.
According to the Mayor of Alanya Adem Murat Yucel, the construction of the sports facility will make the city the main sports center of the region. Athletes preparing for the Olympic Games will train here. The main task of the sports center is to improve the health of the residents and guests of Alanya.
