In the first month of 2024, a record number of real estate was sold in Dubai. In January, more than 11 thousand transactions were made, which is 12.9% more than in the same period last year. And the sales revenue amounted to a record $9.6 billion. This is 27% more than in January 2023.
The number of apartments sold in January amounted to 8.7 thousand, and the number of villas – 765. A record was set last month by sales of land plots – 1.2 thousand units. Demand for land increased by 267.5% compared to January 2023.
Dubai’s real estate market is showing steady growth. Infrastructure development and the emergence of new landmark properties are attracting more and more investment to the region.
