This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “PPP”) applies to all information that “Fast Advertising” may obtain about the User during his/her use of the Company’s website with the domain name https://mayalanya.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

  1. BASIC CONCEPTS

1.1 The following terminology is used in the RPC:

1.1.1. “Administration of the website https://mayalanya.com (hereinafter referred to as “Site Administration”)” – personnel authorised to manage the website, acting on behalf of https://mayalanya.com , organising and (or) carrying out data processing, as well as determining the purposes of processing and composition of this data, all permissible actions performed with this information.

1.1.2 “Site User Data” – any information concerning a natural or legal person (data subject).

1.1.3 “Site User Data Processing” – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations), which are performed by means of automation or without it, with data, including collection, recording, storage, clarification (update, correction), application in the interests of the User who left the data, deletion and destruction of the received information.

1.1.4 “Data Confidentiality” – the requirement to prevent its disclosure without the consent of the User who provided the information or a legitimate reason, which must be observed by the Administration of the site or any other person who has access to the information.

1.1.5. “User of the site (hereinafter referred to as the User)” – a natural person or a legal entity using the Site https://mayalanya.com.

1.1.6. “Cookies” – a fragment of data sent by the web server, stored on the User’s computer or mobile phone, which is sent to the web server in an HTTP request each time the User opens a page of the site.

1.1.7. “IP-address” – a dynamic or static network address built according to the IP protocol.

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1 The User’s use of the Site is equivalent to his/her consent to the CDD and the specified terms and conditions of data processing.

2.2 If the User does not agree with the terms and conditions specified in the CDD, he/she is obliged to stop using the Site immediately.

2.3 The CDD only applies to https://mayalanya.com and all subdomains. We do not control and are not responsible for third party websites linked to the Company’s Website.

2.4 The Administration of the Site is not responsible for checking and controlling the accuracy of the information provided by the User.

  1. PROPERTY

3.1 The CDD published on the Website regulates the obligations of the Website Administration concerning the protection of confidentiality of the information provided by the User when filling in the forms placed on the Website. The data may contain:

  • User’s full name;
  • contact number of a landline or mobile phone
  • e-mail address;
  • the name of the User’s company, etc.

3.2 The data automatically transmitted when viewing adverts and going to the pages of the site where the statistics scripts are installed is also protected from disclosure. This information includes:

  • IP address;
  • cookie information
  • data about the browser or other programme through which you access the Site;
  • the time of visiting the pages of the Site;
  • Internet address of the page where the block of adverts is located;
  • Internet address of the previous page visited by the User.

3.3 Other data not described above (including the type of browser, operating system of the computer or smartphone, etc.) are subject to secure storage and non-disclosure. The list of exceptions is specified in clauses 5.2 and 5.3. 5.2. и 5.3. NPC.

  1. PURPOSES OF INFORMATION COLLECTION

4.1 To correctly identify the registered User for the formation of an order and (or) conclusion of a Purchase and Sale Agreement through the site https://mayalanya.com/.

4.2 To provide the User with the opportunity to access personalised resources on the Site.

4.3 To build a feedback system with the User, including sending notifications, requests related to the use of the Site, provision of services, processing requests received from the User.

4.4 To notify the User of the Site about the status of the Order placed by the User or the Application formed through the Site.

4.5 To correctly process payments and receive payment, to confirm the amount of tax or availability of tax benefits, to challenge the fact of payment.

4.6 To demonstrate to the User, with his/her consent, new products, constructive changes in the offered goods, promotions, providing information on the cost of goods and services, newsletters and other materials.

4.7. To conduct an advertising campaign with the User’s consent.

  1. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING

5.1 The processing of data received from the User of the Website is not limited in terms of time and is carried out in any lawful way, including in various information systems, using or not using means of automation.

5.2 The User agrees that the Administration of the site has the legal right to transfer the required data to third parties (courier services, transport companies and others) solely for the correct execution of the User’s order formed on the Site iprostroy.ru.

5.3 The site Administration takes measures to protect the information received from the User from illegal or accidental access to it, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

5.4 The site Administration and the User shall jointly take actions to prevent losses or other negative consequences that may be caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

  1. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to make changes and edit the Privacy Policy without the written consent of the User.6.2. The new Privacy Policy becomes effective immediately after its publication on the Site, unless otherwise specified by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
