Location:

The new residential complex will be located in the picturesque foothill area of Alsanjak. This location offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and nature. This area is known for its traditional Cypriot atmosphere and stunning mountain and sea views. Alsanjak attracts both vacationers and permanent residents due to its beautiful rocky shores and magnificent sandy beaches.

The complex is within walking distance of the British College, which offers quality English education for children aged from 2 to 17 years old. This is particularly relevant for families looking to provide their children with a decent education in English.

Characteristics:

The complex will consist of two two-storey buildings – Block A with 12 apartments and Block B with 8 apartments. Apartments in the complex will be represented by 1+1 (50 square meters) and 2+1 (70 square meters). Each apartment will have one bathroom and one balcony. The apartments on the second floor will have a private roof terrace with barbecue system, water outlets and Jacuzzi. Apartments on the first floor will have their own plot for garden or recreation area, the size of which will vary from 8 to 34 square meters.

Infrastructure:

The complex will have a communal swimming pool where residents can refresh themselves and enjoy the sun. There will also be a landscaped park with walking paths, resting places and a playground.
