The project offers you 0+1 apartments and villas with 2 and 3 bedrooms, a terrace and a private pool. The area of the villas varies from 101 to 163 square meters. In total, 110 villas will be built, occupying 40,000 m2 of closed and protected territory. In addition, each villa will be rented together with modern furniture and household appliances.
