Changgu in Bali appears to you as a picture of rice fields surrounded by the smell of nature. This unique neighborhood, on the west coast of the island, features traditional Balinese-style houses, majestic rice terraces and dense jungle. Changu attracts with its tranquil setting, excellent infrastructure and, of course, its proximity to the Indian Ocean. Compared to lively Kuta and Seminyak, Changgu offers its visitors peace and quiet. The roads are free during the day, but during peak hours, you can feel the true spirit of Balinese traffic here. The area has found its popularity with many foreign expats looking to experience Bali’s unique charm for an extended period of time.
