Demand for real estate in the ultra-elite segment in Dubai has doubled. Such data is given by the company Knight Frank LLP.

Analysts have published statistics of sales of objects worth $25 mln and above. In 2023, 56 ultra-luxury homes were sold for $2.27 billion. In 2022, 28 luxury properties were bought for $1.24 billion.

Most of the luxury lots are located on the man-made islands of Palm Jumeirah( 22 properties) and Jumeirah Bay (15 villas).

“Ultra-rich people from all over the world continue to pay attention to Dubai, and the city’s lifestyle and relatively affordable luxury homes are major pull factors,” says Faisal Durrani, head of Middle East research at Knight Frank.

Thanks to the competent asset attraction policy of the UAE authorities and liberal visa conditions, Dubai has become a magnet for the global elite.
