The number of foreign airline flights to Bali will be increased

In 2024, Bali Ngurah Rai Airport will receive more flights from different countries. There will be additional direct flights from Turkey, UAE, India and China. This was told to journalists by Indonesian Minister of Tourism and Economy Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno.

The launch of new flights was announced by Turkish Airlines and Etihad from the UAE. At the end of January, Juneyao Airlines from China intends to start flights. They will also be joined by several carriers from India.

“The addition of flights is aimed at supporting quality and sustainable tourism to key markets from Australia, Europe, America and Asia,” Sandiaga said

Ngurah Rai currently hosts 37 international routes operated by 36 airlines.

Recall, in the past year, the air harbor of the island of Bali received more than 17.7 million travelers. The total number of airplanes that were serviced at the airport exceeded 113 thousand boards.
