We are opening new sales outlets, building modern shopping centers with a favorable location, commercial premises are all issued with a separate ownership document that allows you to invest with minimal investment amounts

We fully manage your property, pay income tax and maintenance of commercial premises, and you receive a stable income at the beginning of each calendar year in January.

How does it work?

You are buying one or more vacant commercial premises in Neva Outlet shopping complexes. The price of the offer is from €165,000 to €1,225,000.

Guaranteed annual income in foreign currency is 8.3% per annum.

The minimum income of €13,750 per year is paid by the management company. Payments are made at the beginning of the rental year – a year in advance.

If desired, the owner can refuse a guaranteed income and engage in management, as well as the selection of a tenant independently, except for those premises that are rented by the Neva Outlet brand.

The payback period of the premises that you purchase in full ownership is 12 years.

To obtain citizenship, you need to purchase two premises, the registration of your citizenship will be accompanied by a lawyer of our company and this service is free for you.
