Location:

The new project in North Cyprus will be located in the cozy village of Alsanjak, in the mountains of Kyrenia,10 kilometers from the city. This area is known for its traditional Cypriot atmosphere and stunning mountain and sea views. Alsanjak attracts both vacationers and permanent residents due to its beautiful rocky shores and magnificent sandy beaches.

The proximity to the English College, just a 15 minute walk away, is a big plus for families with children who plan to provide them with an English education.

Characteristics:

The complex will consist of two two-story blocks and will offer apartments in a variety of layouts including 1+1, 2+1 and duplexes. Each apartment will have an outdoor swimming pool within the complex, as well as underground parking with a dedicated space for each apartment. The apartments on the second floor will have a roof terrace and the apartments on the first floor will have a private garden. This will allow residents to enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

Infrastructure:

Near the complex you will find a developed infrastructure including supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, schools, a museum, a park, playgrounds for children and opportunities for sports activities including diving. For those who like entertainment in the area there is also a network of 5* hotels, Merit Casino with swimming pools, spa, mini zoo, casino and nightclubs.

Construction of the complex is scheduled for April 2023, with completion expected in April 2025.
