The payment plan for this new project offers significant benefits to customers. You can use a convenient installment plan: 40% prepayment and the remaining amount is divided into 20 monthly payments.

The complex, located in a green area next to the campus of Alaaddin Keikubat University in the Chiplakli district, will be built on a plot of 3,585 m2. It consists of two blocks with a height of five floors and includes 43 apartments of various layouts, such as 2+1 with an American kitchen, 2+1 with a separate kitchen, 3+1 and 4+1 duplex apartments. In addition, the project provides 4 shops that will enhance the prestige of the area.

The complex offers a full range of amenities for a comfortable stay. There will be a semi-Olympic outdoor pool, a fitness room, a lobby, game areas, as well as barbecue and recreation areas. Hiking and cycling paths will provide pleasant walks, and indoor and outdoor playgrounds are a safe place for children.

The project starts in October 2024 and is scheduled for completion in June 2026.
