In 2010, Ugur graduated from the Faculty of Information Technology of Pamukkale University with a quality education that has become a solid foundation for his business thinking and analytical approach to business.

He started his journey in the real estate and construction industry in 2014, quickly establishing himself as a reliable and forward-thinking professional. Thanks to his high level of professionalism, responsibility and passion for the business, Ugur rapidly developed in the industry and already in 2020 founded his own construction company.
