In October 2023, foreigners bought 2.5 thousand real estate units in Turkey. Of these, 931 objects were purchased in Antalya. Such data is given by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
The top three leaders in sales to foreign citizens also included Istanbul with 758 transactions and Mersin with 294 objects.

In October – November 2023, the average cost of rental housing in Antalya amounted to 16.4 thousand. On average, residential properties bring 5.5% annual income.
