Investing in real estate in Dubai near prestigious schools can yield returns of up to 44% over five years. Housing in areas where there are high-level educational institutions is in increasing demand for rent and is growing in price.

According to real estate experts, the proximity of housing to Hartland International School, GEMS Wellington Academy and Sunmarke School increases returns to 39.6% over a three-year period.

Investing in Mohammad Bin Rashid City and Al Khail neighborhoods, where the schools are located, can yield returns of up to 43.7% over five years.

The increased demand for housing from international schools can be attributed to the affordability of studying in Dubai. Education in branches of educational institutions located in the UAE is much cheaper. At the same time, but it is not inferior in quality to American and European. In Dubai, the average price of a year’s schooling is AED 21,400 ($5,830). For example, study in the U.S. will cost an average of $ 38 thousand a year. In Switzerland the cost of school education is even higher – $48 thousand.
