Dubai has entered the top 10 best cities in the world in 2023. Among Middle Eastern cities, the emirate ranked first in the Global Power City Index (GPCI).
The GPCI’s Value Scale is a benchmark for measuring the performance and competitiveness of world-class cities. Many people use this ranking, which has been published since 2008, for their capital investment, travel and immigration.
Dubai came first this year on a number of indicators: corporate tax rate, workplace choice, low unemployment and resident satisfaction with the city. These factors allowed the UAE’s innovation center to move up three places in the rankings compared to last year.
Dubai is currently considered one of the world’s most popular travel and tourism destinations.
