The Home Price Index (HPI) increased 2.7% month-on-month and 29.2% year-on-year in June.
The data of the house price index for June 2021 was published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT).
Although the home price index rose 29.2% compared to the same month in 2020, real growth was 9.9% over that period, the report said.If you look at the change in the housing price index for the three large cities, then in June compared to the previous month there was an increase of 2.3% in Istanbul, 2% in Ankara and 3.4% in Izmir.
