Turkey has named the construction cost per square meter of real estate, which will be taken as a basis for determining property tax in the new year. Data determined in the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of the Republic of Turkey.
Prices are named for reinforced concrete structures of different classes without interior finishing.
- The average cost per square meter in luxury housing is 6768.41 TL
- The price per square meter in 1st class real estate is defined as 4226.86 TL
- The average price per square meter in 2nd class housing is 2821.97 TL
- For 3rd class housing, the price per sq. m. is 1998.57 TL
For commercial real estate the price per square meter is determined as 7295.63 TL for luxury buildings. The price for 1st class is 5102.71 TL, for 2nd class – 3218.22 TL, for 3rd class – 2341.59 TL.
