Short-term rentals in Dubai are set to rise in the fourth quarter of 2023. Prices could rise even more between January 5 and 15, Gulfnews reported.

For the past two years, this period has generated huge revenues for landlords. Contributed to this – Expo in Dubai and the final of the World Cup, which was held next door – in Doha. In addition, in October and November, the inflow of tourists from Russia and CIS countries is steadily growing.

Today the demand for rentals is increased by the upcoming UN Climate Change Conference 2023. In addition, Dubai is one of the most popular places where tourists prefer to celebrate the New Year.

Analysts are already seeing a significant increase in the number of pre-bookings for the upcoming winter season. Tourists are recommended to consider renting real estate in Dubai for the holidays now.
