A new record-breaking tall building will appear in the UAE, second only to the Burd Khalifa tower. The new project that will decorate Dubai is called Burj Azizi. The cost of its construction is estimated at $1.5 billion. The tower will have 122 floors, 22 of which will be occupied by residential residences.
On January 18, 2024, Mirwais Azizi, chairman and founder of Azizi Group of Companies, led the groundbreaking ceremony for his megaproject.
The tower will be built in the Sheikh Zayed Road area near the Museum of the Future and Dubai World Trade Center. The complex will house a vertical shopping center, a luxury 7-star hotel, restaurants, offices and apartments. In addition, the tower will have a unique observation deck with panoramic views of the city. The project is planned to be completed by 2029.
